A little while back I set myself a challenge: I decided to read at least one novel by each of the authors who were undergraduates at my college. There have been so many writers to come out Somerville that they are collectively referred to as a school of novelists. Even since compiling this list at the end of 2008, I’ve already had to add a couple of names. I won’t be exclusively reading books by these authors and I am not a particularly fast reader so this project will take some time to complete.
